Mon nom est Auguste Baud-Bovy. J’ai intitulé ce tableau « Sérénité » car il représente un paysage calme, dans lequel je me sens bien. J’aimerais partager cette émotion avec toi. Les formes du paysage sont douces et arrondies, et la surface du lac est paisible.
My name is Auguste Baud-Bovy. I gave this painting the title “Serenity” as it shows a calm landscape where I feel good. I would like to share this emotion with you. The forms in the landscape are soft and rounded and the surface of the lake is peaceful.
أُدعى أوغيست باود بوفي. أطلقت على هذه اللوحة اسم «سكينة» لأنها تجسّد منظرا طبيعيّا هادئا، أشعر بالراحة وأنا وسطَه. أودّ أن أتقاسم هذا الشعور معك. إنّ ملامح هذا المنظر الطبيعي ناعمة ومستديرة، وسطح البحيرة ساكن.
Les couleurs que j’ai choisies sont lumineuses et dégagent une impression de paix. Cet effet est renforcé par le ciel qui semble se dégager progressivement et laisse apparaître, à travers les nuages, les rayons du soleil.
The colours I chose are filled with light and give the impression of peace. This effect is heightened by the sky, which seems to clear progressively and allow the rays of the sun to break through the clouds.
إنّ الألوان التي اخترتها ألوان زاهية تعطي انطباعًا بالأمان. وقد تدعّم هذا الانطباع بمنظر السماء التي تزداد صفاءً شيئا فشيئا، مُتيحةً ظهور أشعة الشمس من بين السحب.
J’ai peint ce tableau en plein air, directement face au Lac Léman, en Suisse.
Il y a environ 150 ans.
I painted this work outdoors looking directly onto Lake Geneva, in Switzerland.
About 150 years ago.
رَسمتُ هذه اللوحة في الهواء الطلق، وانا أقف مباشرة قبالة بحيرة ليمان في سويسرا.
